However, as with all warranties, there are specific conditions and limitations.

Please review the guidelines below to understand the circumstances under which our Lifetime Warranty applies.


Eligibility for Lifetime Warranty

The Peragaux Lifetime Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the sunglasses, and the product must have been purchased directly from the Peragaux website or an authorized Peragaux retailer. This warranty is non-transferable.

To qualify for a warranty claim, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Proof of Purchase:
    The original sales receipt, order confirmation email, or proof of purchase from an authorized retailer is required. Claims without a valid proof of purchase will not be considered.

  2. Product Condition:
    The sunglasses must be in their original form, without any alterations, repairs, or modifications. If the product has been altered or repaired by anyone other than an authorized Peragaux technician, the warranty is void.

  3. Wear & Tear:
    This warranty covers only manufacturing defects, and does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear. This includes scratches on lenses, minor frame discoloration, and frame bends resulting from extended use or accidents.

  4. Accidental Damage:
    The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, neglect, misuse, improper storage, or exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., dropping, crushing, bending, chemical exposure, or excessive heat).

  5. Unauthorized Resale:
    Sunglasses purchased from unauthorized resellers (including online platforms that do not meet Peragaux’s standards) are not eligible for the Lifetime Warranty.

  6. Claims Process:
    All warranty claims must be submitted through the official Contact Us page. You must provide detailed photos of the damaged sunglasses, the original proof of purchase, and a brief description of the issue. Incomplete or inadequate submissions will not be processed.


What the Lifetime Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing Defects: If your Peragaux sunglasses suffer from defects in materials or workmanship under normal usage, we will repair or replace them at our discretion.
  • Frame Misalignment: If the frame becomes misaligned due to a manufacturing issue, we will repair it.
  • Lens Issues: Lens defects caused by a manufacturing flaw (e.g., bubbling, distortion, or coating failure) will be covered.

What the Lifetime Warranty Does NOT Cover

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Any form of deterioration resulting from regular use, such as lens scratches, fading, or small frame abrasions.
  • Accidental Damage: Damage caused by accidents, drops, improper handling, or physical trauma.
  • Cosmetic Damage: Deterioration due to improper care (e.g., exposure to harsh chemicals, cleaning with abrasive materials, or leaving your sunglasses in extreme temperatures).
  • Lost or Stolen Sunglasses: We do not cover products that are lost, stolen, or otherwise not in your possession.
  • Accessories: The warranty does not extend to items like cases, cleaning cloths, or other accessories included with your purchase.

Warranty Limitations and Disclaimers

  • One-Time Replacement: The Lifetime Warranty is a one-time replacement policy. In the event of a valid warranty claim, we may replace the defective sunglasses with a new pair of the same model, subject to availability. If the exact model is unavailable, we will offer a product of comparable value.

  • Limited Scope: This warranty applies only to products purchased in regions where Peragaux operates. The warranty is void if the sunglasses have been used outside of their intended purpose or in environments for which they were not designed (e.g., extreme sports or professional activities that require specialized eyewear).

  • Damage Not Covered: We will not be responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or misuse of our sunglasses.


How to File a Warranty Claim

  2. Provide Documentation: Upload clear photos of the damaged sunglasses, a copy of your proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the defect.
  3. Evaluation: Our team will review your claim within 7-10 business days. If further information is required, you will be contacted.
  4. Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will arrange for repair or replacement, at our discretion.

Please Note: All warranty claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Peragaux reserves the right to deny any warranty claim that does not meet the outlined criteria.
